The beer
Deep gold colored beer, made of 100% malted barley with a white, fine and persistent head. The intense citrus flavours and the use of Americans hops determine its unique, floral and slightly sour character, with a highly aromatic finale. Perfect for the aperitif, light preparations such as white meats, grilled or steamed vegetables, fresh and soft cheeses, salami and sausages.
